The Labrador Retriever is my breed of choice for many reasons.  They are extremely versatile!  First and foremost, they make wonderful family pets.  This is why they have been the number one breed for so many years.  They are smart, social and eager to please.    Their eagerness to please allows them to be easily trained.   These are reasons why they are they are so multi-faceted:

Labradors are guide dogs and therapy dogs.  They are used in search and rescue.  They excel at retrieving, so do well as a hunting retriever, competing in hunt tests and field trials.

The responsibly-bred Labrador is fun-loving, friendly and has a calm disposition.  As a breeder, I research pedigrees, and go to shows to observe breeding prospects...movement, temperament and sound conformation to the breed standard are very important.  All breeding animals have the proper health clearances before they are considered for a breeding program.

My puppies are socialized from birth.  They are lovingly handled and cared for.  As they grow, I introduce sounds, and items to stimulate them.  In this way, puppies go out into the world with confidence!  All puppies have first shots, are micro-chipped, and vet checked.  I hope to always be a source of support to my puppy owners.
